Sunday Teaching

August 2020
Washed: Repentance
In the New Testament, John the Baptist prepares the way for Jesus by teaching us a baptism of repentance, which is necessary for Jesus to do His work.
Washed: Introduction
Water plays an important role in Scripture and the act of washing often symbolizes a spiritual renewal. The story of Naaman helps us to understand the heart-change that must occur for this to happen.
Guest Speaker: Chad Dechow
Chad Dechow shares a message entitled “Not Ours to Bear,” in which he challenges the notion that we are obstacles between Christ and the world, rather than a bridge between them. We are called to be witnesses, but we are not responsible for the salvation of others.
July 2020
Heart of Worship: Loving Others
Jesus not only called us to love God with everything we have, He also called us to love others as much as we love and care for ourselves. It’s not just the heart of worship, it’s the heartbeat of worship.
