The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
Lamentations 3:22-23

Welcome To Watermarke Church

Just as the body has many parts, the Church has many members who all make the body work.  While we can’t introduce you to everyone at once, here are some people you may want to get to know.

Worship The Lord In Giving

 divider

We give as an act of worship. We ask big, pray big, and expect big things to come out of a people that lives and operates in Kingdom mentality. Jesus is King over our finances and places us as stewards over His income. We give back to launch new Kingdom opportunities for the Gospel to reach to ends of the earth.

Dollars & $ense: Control $pending

We live in a world fueled by money.  What does the Bible teach us about living like Christians in an age when spending and debt compete with living generously?  In this first series message, we study what the Bible DOES and DOES NOT say about our spending habits.

    Series: Daily Dose

    At the fresh start of a new year, it's easy to see new or improved activities we could do to improve our physical lives.  But many of us struggle to see what new or improved activities we could do that would improve our spiritual lives.  In Acts 2, Luke tells us that there were some daily activities adopted by the first Christians that can help us today if we're willing to practice them.

    Series: Titles

    Jonathan Olsen shares with us the importance of Titles, and how Jesus' fulfillment of His Titles helps us embrace our own roles in serving Him.

    The Light Has Come: His Peace

    Jesus, the Light of the world, has changed the rules.  His coming has brought us the peace that we so desperately long for, a peace that is accomplished by what He did for us on the cross, a peace that passes all understanding.

    The Light Has Come: His Presence

    Perhaps the most astonishing revelation of John chapter one is that Jesus became flesh and dwelt among us. This holy plan was set in motion thousands of years before Jesus' birth, and its ultimate completion is still in the future.

    The Light Has Come: The Response

    Everything about Jesus was surprising... from His birth to His message to His sacrifice and His resurrection.  And though He offers us salvation as a free gift, He does ask for our response... in the form of repentance. The Light has come to show us how to step into His Light and out of darkness.

    The Light Has Come: The Word

    The book of John doesn't begin the story of Jesus at His birth.  Instead, John helps us to see Jesus as the Word, the Creator, the Light that has come to offer salvation to Mankind.  What a wonderful message for the Christmas season!

    The Good Life: A Call to Serve

    Jesus taught us that "The Good Life" is lived in service to others, just as He came to serve us.  In this Thanksgiving Service, a brief pause was made in the middle of the message as Communion was served.  The message also ends rather abruptly, as we participated in an activity - writing messages of Thanksgiving on stones that we were to place somewhere in our community for others to find.

    The Good Life: An Audience of One

    So much of our lives are guided by what others think about us. While Scripture teaches us to live upright lives, we're also taught that The Good Life is found in living only for Him.

    The Good Life: Introduction
    Most of us have our own perspective about what "The Good Life" is all about.  In this series, we'll talk about our perceptions, and how Jesus works hard to change our definition of "The Good Life."
