The heavens declare the glory of God,
and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.
Psalm 19:1

Welcome To Watermarke Church

Just as the body has many parts, the Church has many members who all make the body work.  While we can’t introduce you to everyone at once, here are some people you may want to get to know.

Worship The Lord In Giving

We give as an act of worship. We ask big, pray big, and expect big things to come out of a people that lives and operates in Kingdom mentality. Jesus is King over our finances and places us as stewards over His income.

We give back to launch new Kingdom opportunities for the Gospel to reach to ends of the earth.

God & Culture: Connecting to the Gospel
Jesus connected the images and icons around Him to deep spiritual truths.  As followers of Christ, how can we, also, engage in art and culture to create a pathway to speak about faith and the Gospel?

    God & Culture: Bringing Peace
God brought peace into the world through what Jesus has done, and we now live as His representatives in this world.  We are called to bring peace in both what we say and how we live.  We each have gifts to bring that peace into a world that needs to know Him.

    God & Culture: Introduction
God is not only Creator, He is Creative. And as people born in His image, we are called into creativity with Him, to let our light shine in a way that brings glory to Him.

    Misdirection: The Fear of Peter
When Jesus was arrested, the disciples scattered in panic.  Peter followed at a distance, but denied Jesus several times out of fear of what was happening. While we don't face the same fears, we all have fears of our own. But our understanding of who God is should always outweigh any fear we may have.

    Misdirection: The Abdication of David
    Series: Misdirection
King David accomplished many great things, but he was not particularly good at dealing with issues in his own family. How we deal (or don't deal) with conflict in our family, friends, work or school will determine the direction of our walk with Jesus.

    Misdirection: The Impatience of Moses
    Series: Misdirection
We all face times when we're frustrated with situations in life, and if we're not careful, we can begin to lose focus on what's most important in those trying times.  We can learn much from Moses, who was a patriarch who faced his own struggles.

    Misdirection: The Folly of Adam
    Series: Misdirection
The sins of Adam and Eve were just a foreshadowing of the kind of the condition in which we all find ourselves. We have all sinned, and we all have a tendency to sin.  But Christ has made a way for our sins to be forgiven, and has provided us a course correction that makes life worth living. The Case for Christ: Explaining the Good News
Once we have investigated, explored and embraced the truth about Jesus Christ, He calls us to share that Good News about Him with others. How are we to use what we've learned in this journey together to help others find Jesus?

The Case for Christ: Embracing the Truth
When the evidence mounts, the only thing left to do is embrace the truth that is found.  Jesus has done everything we need Him to do, and accepting Him into our lives is easier than we think.

The Case for Christ: Exploring the Evidence
Much of the case for our belief in Jesus Christ hinges on the claims of the resurrection.  Join us as we examine that evidence together.
